Return & Exchange Policy

1. Easy Returns

  • We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

2. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available for size issues or product defects.
  • You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
  • Exchange is subject to product availability.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale or discounted products
  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Innerwear & accessories (for hygiene reasons)

4. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, contact us via email or WhatsApp with:
    • Order ID
    • Reason for return
    • Product images (if damaged/defective)
  • Our team will arrange a pickup or guide you for self-shipping.

5. Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be processed via bank transfer or wallet.

6. Exchange Process

  • After the returned item is received and approved, the replacement product will be shipped within 3–5 business days.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Product

  • If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos for faster resolution.
  • We will provide a free replacement or full refund.

8. Reverse Pickup Availability

  • Reverse pickup is available for selected locations.
  • In case pickup is not available, customers may need to self-ship the product.

9. Shipping Charges

  • Free returns/exchanges for defective or incorrect items.
  • For other returns, a small shipping fee may apply.
