1. Easy Returns

- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

4. Return Process
- To initiate a return, contact us via email or WhatsApp with:
- Order ID
- Reason for return
- Product images (if damaged/defective)
- Our team will arrange a pickup or guide you for self-shipping.
5. Refund Policy
- Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be processed via bank transfer or wallet.
6. Exchange Process
- After the returned item is received and approved, the replacement product will be shipped within 3–5 business days.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Product
- If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photos for faster resolution.
- We will provide a free replacement or full refund.
8. Reverse Pickup Availability
- Reverse pickup is available for selected locations.
- In case pickup is not available, customers may need to self-ship the product.
